uses the audience seating as its stage.

2. 5:10 Hubbard Hall, East Steps:
Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind
An abbreviated adaptation of the work by that title by
The Neo-Futurists. Watch as this group of actors races the clock, performing 5 plays in 10 minutes!  As the spectators
call out the number of the play, the actors will perform it.

3. 5:20 Administration Drive & Sidewalk Corner SE of Hubbard:
Gineman
Sruti Kanti Swara (TWU Balinese Gamelan Angklung Ensemble)
Arrangement by Barbara Benary
Performers include: Misty Mikes, Darlene Canales, Christina Stock, Carol Boyle, Linda Caldwell, Ming Yuan Low, John Osburn, Julie Licata, Nicki Cohen
The gamelan anklung is an orchestra of Indonesian percussion instruments (metallophones) tuned in pairings with one slightly higher and one slightly lower than nominal pitch, which creates a beautiful shimmering effect. "Gineman"  is a traditional piece for gamelan anklung beginning with an improvisatory introduction, followed by the melody in strict time and ends with a rapid, rhythmically interlocking section called the kotekan.

4. 5:27 Horseshoe Columns North of ACT:
Jordan Fuchs
This dance performance explores levels, balance, and real time motion capturing.

5. 5:37 ACT Ventilation Louvers:
Outdoor Music
Performed by the TWU Percussion Ensemble
Music can happen anywhere, at anytime...in fact, any sound can be heard as music if you are listening for it. "Outdoor Music" is a structured improvisation that explores the musical possibilities of its natural environment.  Audience members are encouraged to join in the soundscape - sticks will be provided!

5:45 Transition
Dancers lead the group to the next performance.

6. 5:50 Patio Building Courtyard

Ave Maria
By Gustav Holst

Gustav Holst's Ave Maria is one of the most stunning pieces written for women's voices. Composed for a cappella performance by double women's choruses, its rich harmonies and flowing lines become almost transcendent in the reverberant acoustics of the Music Building Lobby.
